Professional alto sax that features lacquer finish, drawn tone holes, Buescher’s patented snap-in pad system with original pads, and Norton screw-in springs for reliable action and longevity. The distinctive Top Hat & Cane bell engraving marks this as one of Buescher’s flagship professional models, built with the large-bell 400 design that delivers excellent projection and tonal depth. These instruments are widely admired for their rich, warm voice and expressive flexibility, representing some of the finest American saxophone craftsmanship of the era.. Approximately 98% original lacquer remaining. Exceptionally clean with minimal signs of use — this instrument has been clearly well cared for. Serial # 3421xx. Consignment horn, sold-as; evaluated by our repair staff and found to be in excellent playing condition, with no outstanding mechanical issues at time of sale.
