In compliance with the Shelter-in-Place order,

Rocky Mountain Music Repair will be closed thru April 17.

 

We'll be posting any changes to our Facebook page and website should any occur.

We will plan to reopen as soon as we are given official clearance. Please stay tuned to your email, our social media, and our website for updates!

During this down time, we recommend preventative at Home Cleaning & Maintenance for your instruments.  Under the "Repair" tab and then "Instrument Care" will take you to PDFs of what you can do Daily, Weekly and Monthly to take best care of your instruments.   We are also currently working of videos to demonstrate that information and show you how to give your brass instrument a "bath".  (If we don't have a video up yet, please check back soon).

  • Previous Notes Regarding COVID-19 Procedures:

  • Preoder for Easy Pickup:  If you need supplies,  you can easily email us your order and we will bag it up and invoice you (you pay online), then on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday just stop by and pick it up. 

    • We currently have a good stock of all supplies but keep in mind that all three of our distributors are prohibited from keeping their business open, so re-stocking is not an option right now.   Please just order what you need for the next 4-6 weeks so everyone has a chance to get what they too need.

  • Curbside Service:  If you are more comfortable picking up or dropping off your instrument curbside, or picking up supplies;  please call us at 303-955-8064 during open hours and let us know. 

    • Dropping off an instrument - please include a piece of paper with your name, phone number, email address and brief description of issue.  Any instruments dropped off will be evualated the following Monday and we will let you know the estimate.  COVID-19 is known to stay on plastics  and other surfaces for up to 72 hours,  this is why we will not be doing any onsite repairs and will be calling you on Monday with estimates.  Thanks for your understanding.

    • Picking up supplies or instruments - you can pay ahead of time online

  • Come Inside:  You are more than welcome to still come inside to drop off or pick up.  We ask that you stay in the taped off area and not touch any instruments or accessories.  This will ensure that we can keep everyone as safe as possible.  Please let us know what you need and we will be glad to get it for you.

  • Keep checking back for open hours...we will have to close if either the State of Colorado or Broomfield City & County implements a stay-at-home order.
